<p>THE ROLE OVERVIEW</p>
<p>As Lead Construction Quality Manager, you will lead and scale the quality management system across ILOS’ portfolio of utility-scale solar PV and BESS construction projects in Europe.</p>
<p>This is a senior role with responsibility for quality strategy, governance and delivery across multiple live construction sites. You will ensure standards are applied consistently, defects are prevented, and contractors are held accountable for delivering high-quality assets.</p>
<p>Acting as the central quality lead within the construction organisation, you will also drive standardisation, continuous improvement and cross-project learning, while supporting and developing project-based quality teams.</p>
<p>TASKS</p>

<li>Lead and continuously improve ILOS’ Quality Management System (QMS) across engineering, construction, testing and handover.</li>
<li>Define and implement standard QA/QC procedures, ITPs, checklists and reporting frameworks across all projects.</li>
