<p>We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant - Asset Management / Securities to join our team and support our financial insitution clients. </p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide legal support on asset management, securities brokerage, and wealth management activities across region</li>
<li>Draft, review, and negotiate key documentation, including fund constitutive documents, investment management and distribution agreements, and brokerage/trading agreements (e.g., ISDA, futures, and options).</li>
<li>Review client‑facing and marketing materials for funds, portfolios, and wealth management products, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Monitor regulatory developments, update internal policies/templates, and deliver training to business and support teams on securities and asset management legal issues.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements (3 bullets)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1-4 years of post‑qualification experience, expeirenced in securities, funds, or asset management law at a reputable law firm or financial institution.</li>
<li>Excellent contract drafting and communication skills in English and Chinese, ideally including Mandarin proficiency</li>
