<p>Understand and solve complex business requirements</p>

<p>Take ownership of services and technical decisions, and actively contribute to agile ceremonies</p>

<p>Share your expertise, support knowledge sharing, and improve engineering practices</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Write RFCs for the decisions and maintain Architecture Decisions Records</p>
