<h2>What You Will Do</h2>
<p>As a <em>Food Developer (m/f/d)</em>, you will play a key role in shaping and expanding KoRo’s diverse product portfolio – from initial concept to market launch. This role brings together creativity in ideas, food formulation and food processing, blending it with a strong sense of market trends and delivered through a structured project execution. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll have the opportunity to drive innovation and make a tangible impact. Your responsibilities will include:</p>

<li><strong>Identify trends, market opportunities, and gaps</strong> in the existing assortment to propose new product concepts.</li>
<li><strong>Develop and implement product ideas</strong> in line with KoRo’s overall product strategy and brand vision.</li>
<li><strong>Manage the end-to-end product development process</strong>: briefing, sampling, internal coordination, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.</li>
<li><strong>Build and maintain strong relationships</strong> with suppliers and manufacturers</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate cross-functionally</strong> with Quality Management, Legal, Operations, and Marketing to ensure smooth project execution.</li>
<li><strong>Keep up with innovations</strong> in the food industry, including new technologies, ingredients, and consumer trends.</li>
