<p>We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant / Compliance Consultant experienced in Trade Compliance/ Export Controls to provide ongoing support to our global client:</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p><ul>
<li>Provide support on global trade compliance with a focus on export controls, product classification (ECCN), licensing, and permitting requirements </li>
<li>Analyze and interpret complex trade regulations and apply them to business operations across APAC</li>
<li>Support the regionalization of global trade compliance programs, including restricted party screening, customer due diligence, and end-use/end-user reviews</li>
<li>Train, mentor, and support trade compliance personnel across Greater China and the broader APAC region</li>
</ul><div><strong>Minimum qualifications</strong></div><div>
<ul>
<li>4-12 (+) years experience in global/regional trade compliance and export controls, with strong knowledge of Hong Kong and China/APAC regulations, and a proven ability to turn complex rules into clear, practical guidance for the business</li>
<li>Fluency in English and Mandarin, with strong analytical and communication skills to lead cross‑border projects, engage with senior stakeholders, and support high‑impact decision‑making.</li>
<li>Track record of building and regionalizing trade compliance programs and supervisory experience</li>
